Dr. Ming Lin is an emergency physician who lost his job after speaking out for the safety of nurses and staff during the early days of COVID19 in Washington State. As a physician working for over a decade at his hospital Peacehealth, he was removed from the schedule without any due process. Dr. Lin now self-funds his wrongful termination lawsuit against two corporate behemoths: TeamHealth and Peacehealth. Dr. Lin's lawsuit is ongoing - he fights for all physicians to set precedent, seeking a judgement.
